La maitrise d'un logiciel 3D (si possible XSI) est un plus (mais pas obligatoire). Un compositeur ayant de l'expérience (long métrage serait le bienvenu) mais une bonne expérience sur de la série peut faire l'affaire. Une sensibilité "illustrative", quelqu'un qui s'intéresse à la 2D, au graphisme, à l'illustration. Motivation, grand esprit d'équipe, professionnalisme sont essentiels. Pour un des postes, on peut avoir quelqu'un qui maitrise TOONS pour toutes les retouches que nous ferons en interne, mais il serait quand même amené à faire du compositing.
